Tumbling (Gymnastics)

Tumbling is a key part of cheerleading and an important skill for many of our teams. Our tumbling classes help athletes build strength, coordination, and technique while progressing safely through different skill levels (detailed below).

Whether athletes are learning their first cartwheel or working towards advanced tumbling passes, our structured classes allow them to develop at their own pace. Tumbling sessions are open to Tsunami athletes and those who simply want to improve their gymnastics-style skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
